Through findings from daily mobility in the Netherlands, the NS Train has a loophole that allows it to remain in its original or zero position. As long as the tap-in and tap-out at the same point is less than 6 hours, we can travel free of charge. Nongkrong Picnic will travel free of charge at rural stations close to parks. Inspired by Arisan*, this Nongkrong will be very special in addition to free snacks and discussions about how problems in this collective occur and what solutions can be pursued.
